All support for Quantify runs through the Quantify Discord server. Join the server and open a ticket: that is the fastest way to reach us, and we answer there in English. Tickets are the place for license questions, a key that does not activate, moving a key to another device, payment problems and bug reports.

Before you open a ticket
Most questions are answered in the FAQ, the guide and the license page. Please name your Quantify version and what you see on screen, and never post your license key in a public channel.

- Problems with Quantify on axiom.trade, such as a missing paper wallet or a wrong badge.

Quantify is an independent project and is not affiliated with Axiom, so we cannot help with problems on Axiom's own account or with real trades.
